Welcome to our consultation website. Pigeon is bringing forward proposals for a new country park, public open spaces, as well as new and affordable homes on land at Sladbury’s Lane, Clacton-on-Sea.
The purpose of this website is to provide information about the site, proposals and to provide an opportunity for feedback. We would like to thanks local residents and stakeholders for the feedback provided. We are now reviewing all responses as we prepare a planning application.
